B is for Blessed

Bennet May was baptized on Saturday, March 16th in St. David's, PA. She was surrounded by so much love, including both sets of grandparents and ALL of her aunts and uncles. For this special occasion, Bennet wore her mom's Baptism gown and her dad's Baptism sweater - and her very own fresh floral crown.

Big thanks to Father Philip, who turned our little pagan into a Catholic with such a personal and lovely ceremony. B was very attentive throughout mass - she enjoying being passed around between her parents and newly minted Godparents, Uncle Scott and Aunt KK.

Lindsay, you did a wonderful job with these pictures capturing the essence of Bennet’s Baptism Weekend. It was such a beautiful ceremony and a very special weekend beginning to end. To have so many family members gather from different parts of the country to spend a weekend celebrating Bennet and her Blessed Baptism created a very warm and loving atmosphere. I am so happy that Bennet was the age she was so that she could be an active and engaged participant in this happy group ~~ all of who love her so very much. I know she must have felt that love in all the people who were there surrounding and supporting her. Especially from her adoring Godparents who looked so proud and tickled with happiness to have her become their Godchild. What a great Love Fest it was!
