B is for BraveBennet had her four month check-up today and her head is still in the 95th percentile (thanks to that big, beautiful brain). She really impressed us (and Dr. Pertubal) when she did not cry during her TWO shots. Of course, we had to get our brave girl a new toy after we left the pediatrician’s office, as per Hoyt tradition (Neil always got a new toy on a day he had to get a shot). After much deliberation, she chose this puppy, which we have named “Foot” (since we call her cute little feet puppies).
She was less impressed that we also stopped to pick up another piece of furniture for our new apartment, since we had to use her stroller to help carry it home.

I’m glad to see the “shot = new toy” tradition continued for Bennet. It worked well for her dad for years. What a great report from the doctor as well.
